Model: ADM - Ag 01

ADM - Ag 01 is a powerful broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with inorganic silver-zinc ions and cationic complexes as active ingredients. It is primarily used to protect plastic, rubber , coatings, and ceramic products from bacterial and other microbial erosion, and to impart surface activity, providing antibacterial and antifungal effects to the product surface.

ADM-Ag01 slowly releases silver and zinc ions. Because bacteria carry a negative charge on their surface, the positively charged metal ions are adsorbed onto the bacterial surface, disrupting their electrolyte balance and causing bacterial death due to cell wall damage. Simultaneously, the metal ions enter the bacterial interior, reacting and combining with bacterial cellular enzymes, inhibiting enzyme activity and bacterial reproduction and regeneration, thus killing the bacteria.

1. Characteristics

Broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, effectively inhibiting the growth of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Inorganic material, heat resistant up to 800℃, stable, long-lasting.

It exhibits excellent resistance to discoloration. The release rate of metal ions is controlled through a special process, preventing discoloration during mixing or over time . It also possesses good UV resistance .

It exhibits good dispersibility, does not agglomerate, and can be easily dispersed into various substrates.

Arsenic-free, tin-free, and VOC- free

It does not accumulate biomass and will not cause persistent pollution to the environment.

It is highly safe and environmentally friendly, suitable for food contact applications, and complies with EU environmental regulations.

II. Application

ADM - Ag 02 It is an antibacterial agent suitable for plastic or rubber products, such as those used to make baby products , tableware , antibacterial medical devices , and antibacterial silicone rubber keyboards.

The concentration of antimicrobial agents required to provide protection depends on several factors, including: the system 's sensitivity to microbial degradation , the extent of microbial invasion, the type of microorganism, and pH. Values, temperature, humidity, and the required protection time.

Store at room temperature, away from light, in a sealed container to prevent moisture.

VII. Precautions

Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, goggles, and a mask to avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.
