Aimeier strongly recommends that during chemical finishing processes, other... " Sacrificial type" Before non -durable treatment processes (e.g., before using waterproofing agents, moisture-wicking agents, softeners, etc. ), useADM-Ag 930 antibacterial agent. (Added)ADM-Ag 930

Before applying antibacterial agents, the fabric needs to be thoroughly cleaned and neutralized to achieve the best long-lasting antibacterial performance.

Compatibility: ADM - Ag 930The antibacterial agent has good compatibility with many textile finishing chemicals (including waterproofing agents, moisture-wicking agents, softeners , optical brighteners, and dyes) and can be added to the same solution simultaneously. Preliminary testing is recommended. To ensure good compatibility of various chemicals in the solution and to ensure that the whiteness and washability of the fabric are not altered. (Addition)ADM - Ag 930Before using antibacterial agents, avoid using the following chemicals, or ensure the fabric is thoroughly rinsed .To achieve ideal whiteness, durability, and antibacterial properties: *

sulfur dyes

Reducing agents: sodium hydrosulfide, sodium dithionite, sodium thiosulfate, glucose, citric acid, etc.

Adding excessive amounts of salt (e.g., MgCl2 ) to a water bath or fabric .To promote absorption

enzymes or natural proteins

Some strong cationic finishing agents

*The above information regarding compatibility and usage of our products reflects our current understanding. The specific properties of the finished fabric should be evaluated by the user prior to its commercial application.

Impregnation operation: Depending on durability requirements, the amount of ADM-Ag 930 product used should be [amount missing] of the weight of the fabric to be treated . 1.5% to 5% , corresponding to a silver content on the fabric surface of 5%. 15 to50ppm .

1. Thoroughly clean and neutralize the fabric.

2. Add the required amount of water to a separate dilution container for the immersion equipment. 80% clean water.

3.Slowly add ADM - Ag 930 to the water.Apply the antibacterial agent and stir continuously at room temperature until the solution reaches the final suitable concentration based on the weight of the fabric to be treated.
