ADM-600 oil-based waterproofing agent is from 3M (USA). The company produces solvent-based fluorinated resins suitable for various types of leather and textiles. It provides excellent and long-lasting waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-resistant properties to clothing, footwear, and furniture. Direct spraying onto the product surface will not alter its surface properties ( color, feel, breathability ) . Label: Product certified by ADM-600. After treatment with oil-based waterproofing agent, It can meet the corresponding product quality and performance requirements. Oil-based waterproofing agents have unique advantages that water-based waterproofing agents do not possess, and can be the best choice for applications where some waterproofing agents are inadequate .

1. No heating required, suitable for items that need waterproofing but cannot be dried by heating ;

2. It is stable and will not become ineffective or lose its effectiveness due to long-term storage;

3. High dilution: The concentrate can be diluted with some diluent, with a minimum dilution ratio of 1:15 and a maximum of 1:90 .

Oil-based waterproofing agent product parameters

Applications: Leather, textiles, building materials; waterproofing for leather (split leather, suede , artificial leather, nubuck, etc. ), paper products, stone, fabrics , and outdoor products. Waterproofing for electronic circuit boards, waterproofing for shoe factories, etc.

How to use: Spraying

1. Before use, ADM-600 can be pre-dissolved with a solvent according to the desired waterproofing effect. The type, grade, and ratio of solvent should be specified for ADM-600. The solubility, water resistance , and oil resistance are all affected. Any recommended formulation should be checked for compatibility, solubility , and workability.

2. Most spray painting tools can be used;

3. Spraying equipment should be equipped with exhaust devices;

4. Uniform spraying ensures even distribution of the chemical coating. Spray two cross sprays; the diluted ADM-600 dosage is approximately 10-12 . grams per square foot;

5. Use petroleum ether (boiling point 100° C) as the diluent. The above are recommended. Other options include butyl acetate and dimethyl acetate. Petroleum ether is suggested as it is cheaper and has minimal impact on taste.

Detailed Precautions

1. Before use, please read the product's safety data sheet ( available from your local TFL technical representative ) and refer to the product packaging, following all application guidelines. 2. When using ADM-600 When drying, maintain ventilation and dry conditions; ovens and drying rooms are more effective than room temperature drying.

3. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and prolonged inhalation of its vapors or particles.

4. Some dyes are sensitive to certain solvents and may cause slight color changes.

5. Wash your hands before smoking or eating.

6 ADM -600 is a flammable product; please pay attention to temperature control during use, transportation, and storage .

It is a flammable material, ADM600 The storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃ (122 ℉ ) and should not be lower than 0 ℃ (32 ℉ ) . Solvent-based products are flammable; please pay attention to fire safety during storage and use, and avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight. Packaging uses specially customized containers made by our factory. Except for samples, this product will not be sold after being unpacked. Production areas must be well-ventilated, and necessary measures must be taken to ensure the proper dissipation of evaporating solvents and to avoid impacting operators. This product must be stored, transported, and used in accordance with general hygiene and safety regulations for the storage and transportation of chemicals. It is not to be ingested.
