Introductions to BIODRYDesiccants

BioDry   H-10  desiccants  are   made   from   environmental-friendly   microcrystal materials  imported  from  America. The  surface  of the  materials  is  of  porous  structure, which  provides  additional  extended  surface  area  and  realizes  high  adsorption  capacity which is 20 times higher than that of the silica-gel desiccants. This product mainly adsorb nitrides, sulfides, moisture and particles in the air as well as the bad smell of the products, so as to reduce risks of being affected by damp, going mouldy and producing bad smell.

Features

This product adopts natural plant fibre as the moisture absorption carrier, which can be  100%  nationally  degraded,  and   belongs  to  environment  friendly  desiccants.  This product  has  high  adsorption  performance  under  the ambient  temperature  and  normal humidity, and possesses sound adsorption activity. Saturated moisture absorption rate may reach up to 300% of its own weight (25°C, RH=100%), which is 20 times higher than that of normal silica gel desiccants. The maximum moisture control capacity may reach up to 30-90 days. The product can be used for static dehumidification and deodorization. The packet are made of tissue paper with sound moisture absorption performance, features high durability and wear resistance, sound corrosion resistance and antistatic performance, and free of permeation risks.

Compared with other types of desiccants in the markets, this product  possesses a higher adsorption rate and adsorption capacity, and it has sound adsorption performance regarding  to  water  vapor  and  other  condensable steams.  In  addition, the  product  is toxic-free, colorless and odorless, free of contact corrosion and environmental pollution, be able to be used in food package, and is harmless to human bodies.    Peculiar anti-bacterial factors have been added to the products, which has effectively integrated the functions of “anti-moisture,  anti-mold  and  anti-bacteria”,  and  is  an  innovative  technology  in  the desiccant field.

Applications

This product consists of pure natural minerals, and is free of any additives, corrosive substances and chlorides. This product has neutral pH value, and will not cause any

corrosion to any metal material, which can be widely applied in textiles, shoes, clothing,

household  articles,  electronics,  appliances,   machineries,  drugs,  food  and  other products for damp protection.

Technical Parameters

All desiccant packets produced by our company has passed SIMT test center and SGS certification,  with   product  quality  conforming  to  technical  specifications  set  out   in MIL-D-3464E (United States Standard) and DIN-55473 (German standard).

Note:

(1)  Other packet materials are available as required by customer in addition to composite paper, heat-seal filter paper, non-woven fabrics and Dupont paper.

(2)  Logos and patterns on the packet can be customized.

(3)  Large desiccant packet for containers with moisture rate reaching up to 100% of its own weight is available as required by customers.
